CONTRACT

DJ Services Agreement This contract ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between A Different Level Events ("Provider") and the Client, collectively referred to as the "Parties," with respect to the provision of DJ services for the event described below. This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the performance and payment for such services. 1. Payment Terms All outstanding balances are to be paid in full no later than 10 days prior to the scheduled event, unless mutually agreed upon otherwise between the Parties and confirmed by A Different Level Events. In the case of payments made within 10 days of the event, acceptable forms of payment include cash, credit card, Venmo, (Anthony DiLauri @adilauri). 2. Overtime Fees Overtime fees must be settled before the commencement of any additional performance time. The Client is responsible for coordinating overtime arrangements with the event venue and entertainer(s). 3. Performer Safety and Event Termination A Different Level Events reserves the right to halt the performance if the safety, health, or well-being of the performer(s) is compromised or if hazardous conditions arise during the event. If attendees fail to respond to safety requirements, the performance may be terminated. In such cases, the performance will be considered complete. 4. Force Majeure A Different Level Events shall not be held liable for damages, losses, or replacement of entertainer(s) due to acts of God or circumstances beyond their control. Acts of God include, but are not limited to, hazardous environmental conditions, road disruptions, severe traffic delays, personal injury or illness, bereavement, or other unforeseeable catastrophic events. 5. Permits and Legal Compliance The Client assumes full responsibility for obtaining any necessary permits required for the contracted performance. These permits must be secured before the event date. 6. Limitation of Liability A Different Level Events shall not be liable to the Client for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from this Agreement. The extent of A Different Level Events' liability is limited to a refund of the deposited payment and replaces all other claims or remedies. 7. Cancellation and Deposit In the event of a cancellation or postponement by the Client, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation notices must be submitted in writing via certified mail. The deposit may be applied to a future event of equal value within one year. 8. Cancellation Fees For cancellations made within less than thirty (30) days' notice, the Client is liable for the entire contract price. If cancellation occurs prior to thirty (30) days before the event, the Client is liable for 30% of the contract price. 9. Modifications Any modifications to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both Parties. 10. Artistic Control and Documentation A Different Level Events retains the right to artistic control, including material selection and performer appearance. With the Client's consent, A Different Level Events may record, photograph, or videotape the event for professional use. 11. Entire Agreement This Agreement, once signed by both Parties, constitutes the complete and legally binding understanding between the Parties, supersedes any prior agreements (written or oral), and is enforceable in its entirety. If any part of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full effect. 12. Shelter from Elements. All Outdoor events must have ample shelter so that the dj is shaded from direct sunlight and far enough away from. any possible rain/snow or any kind of elements that might damage his equipment.
